Welcome back for this week’s edition of Cottage Keeping!
This is my weekly check-in where I give a synopsis of my week and share some of the amazing things I’ve found this week while browsing the internet, while I’m sure I had more productive things to do!

My Thoughts This Week:
It’s supposed to pour down rain today so a soccer scrimmage and the boys’ track meet are both canceled. We’ll be enjoying our first lazy, do nothing Saturday morning in several weeks, complete with a fundraiser cinnamon butter braid for breakfast! Our Saturdays are full until the 2nd weekend of May so I’m going to enjoy today to the fullest!
Jake and I are going to make a trip to Home Depot and/or Lowe’s today to pick up the supplies for my fireplace faux accent wall piece that I’ve been planning since we moved into this house. We also need to make a rainy trip to Goodwill to drop off a dresser that’s taking up space in my garage.
On a whim, I bought this Better Homes and Gardens French Country Vanilla Candle on my “we’re out of milk” trips to Walmart. I’m pretty sure this is now my favorite vanilla candle!
After what feels like years, I finally finished all 7 seasons of Gilmore Girls on Thursday. I’m so sad about the ending and the fact that Rory didn’t accept Logan’s proposal. Uggg!!!!
Finally, on the blog this week, I shared some tips for organizing your junk drawer. I also spent some time updating this old post about organizing a master closet. In honor of Easter, I revisited some old posts I did about how God uses music to fortify my faith. You can read the first of those three posts here.
Things I’m Loving This Week:
I love spray paint so naturally, I enjoyed seeing these 22 Spray Paint Projects. Now I’m trying to figure out what I can spray paint next!
This DIY Beaded Yarn Tassel Garland is so pretty! I’m all about garlands, and tassels, and beads so now I have lots of ideas for where I could use one of these.
After seeing this DIY Geometric Wood Wall Art, my plans for the fireplace faux accent wall feature piece have taken a little pivot!
Need a snack this weekend, these healthy homemade snickers look soooo good!

I’m so glad you stopped by this morning! I hope you have a lovely, relaxing day!
