The Cottage Keeper’s Thoughts:
We’re prepping to send all the kids back to school! We have teacher assignments, team assignments, and schedules in hand. I’m gonna spend some time this weekend sorting through my pile of school supplies, labeling them for the appropriate kid, and stuffing them in backpacks! So long summer!
There are two ways I know that I’m attempting to do too much: my house looks neglected and I gain weight. Unfortunately, both of those things have happened in the past 2 months. I’m going to spend some time this weekend getting whipping my master closet into shape and will be sharing a tour of my closet in my FB group on Tuesday. Come join us!
I spent time this week helping a new client organize her pantry! It was a great project and my client loved it. I used these Storageworks bins to contain her large collection of family heirloom silver and china. And these bins are so pretty!
Anyone like change? I sure don’t, but over the next couple of months, I’m going to be making some pretty significant changes to the website, blog, and how I operate my business. Stick around for all things new and different. I may need you to keep me from walking off the ledge!
This week on the blog, I participated in a fun challenge with some friends! I made this fun Back To School Wreath. I also spent some time updating a post I wrote several years ago about my daily Big 3! I’m working on a series of Back To School Tips posts for next week and a fun little surprise. Stay tuned!
What the Cottage Keeper is Loving This Week:
Some of my blogging friends did a blog hop with all things Blue and White Christmas. All the projects were amazing, but I loved these blue and white Christmas trees.
I love having new ideas for wearing basic dresses! Check out these 12 different ways to wear one black dress!
Are you in a dinner rut? Here are 100+ easy meals you can make for your family!
Do you love fresh flowers? How about growing them yourself? Linda does and I’m very, very jealous!
Scones…These homemade summer cherry almond scones make me want to drink tea and binge-watch Downton Abbey.
It’s sooo hot outside that I’m longing for fall. The One Step Woman’s Fall Home Tour from 2020 has me ready to drink pumpkin spice lattes!
What are you loving this week? Tell me in the comments!
